A New York–based photographer, filmmaker, and visual storyteller whose work explores people, culture, identity, and the moments that define our time. Working across digital and analog photography, film, portraiture, editorial, music, and documentary storytelling, I approach image-making as both a creative practice and a form of documentation.

Whether photographing an artist, documenting the energy of a live event, or developing long-form personal projects, I’m drawn to the moments—both extraordinary and everyday—that communicate something about the people and communities around me. At the center of my practice is a belief that photography can preserve more than what something looked like. It can hold emotion, movement, culture, and memory.

Projects such as Black Men in America reflect my interest in using photography to explore stories and perspectives that deserve to be documented, while my work across music, fashion, portraiture, and editorial spaces allows me to continually expand the ways I tell those stories.

I hold both a BFA and MFA from Purchase College, SUNY, and my professional experience spans editorial publishing, higher education, arts and culture, live events, and independent creative production. I currently serve as Chair and Lead Photographer of Kojo Magazine, where I help shape the publication’s visual identity and creative direction while producing work across photography, music, fashion, and contemporary culture. No matter the medium, my goal remains the same: to create work that feels honest, intentional, and alive—images that preserve a moment while saying something about the time in which it existed.
